VI COMMANDO

Cpl. Mitchell

L/Cpl. Mitchell, formerly of the Royal Artillery, served with No.6 Troop of No.6 Commando from, at least 8th August 1941.

He was later promoted to Corporal and moved to No.4 Troop from, at least, October 1942.

It is noted that he was wounded in North Africa.
